These are all wishes from all over the world. Tourists and locals alike come to this Temple pay about 5 bucks and write a wish for the Gods to fulfill. It's a fun read sometimes and sometimes it's heartbreaking.
I hope all those wishes come true especially the ones that are desperate and hanging on to life.

Cool shot Kelly. Shot the same scene a while back here in kyoto albeit with macro lens. Might post at a later date. Lovely conversion btw. Nice work.

Good time to make a wish. Mine is... won't tell. I must keep it secret for it to become true. This is a really nice photo. I find the wide angle effect quite nice ^^

@revil: Now that you mention it that forground is a little pitiful I will crop it and re post it when I get back to Japan.
Love the repetition and the depth of your blacks.
