I thought I'd close this series with a heartbeat. I was trying to just convey relaxation in this photo. I think everybody has a busy life, I know I do. That's why taking photos is a need for me, it's one of only a few ways I can relax.
I hope you enjoyed it...thanks to all those who visited.
I hope you like my next series.

Nice finish to your series mate. Really amazing you both kept still for 13 seconds. Any reason why you chose 13? You should frame this one at home mate.

@Darren: 13 seconds because that's how dark it was that night. I'd zoomed it in a little as well so the f stop had gone up which means I needed more time for the foreground and stars to expose.
bloody hell. 13 seconds, that steady hand you showed in your Narita shot is contagious, you and your compadre did well here. Really fine way to close off this series mate. This proved a most therapeutic series indeed.

@Duncan Galbraith: Thanks Duncs, 13 seconds was kinda long actually but the motion blur is minimal I think so I'm pretty happy with it. I was thinking of using flash but that would have caused it to look a little more unnatural.
Colour blind - another great one - you have talent my friend! I wish I was sitting in 1 of those chairs!

@Jerry: What are you talking about!!! You live in Florida, isn't it tropical there every day!!! hahaha....thanks for the compliment mate.
Another excellent take.

@badala: Thanks very much.
Do you do part time work as a mannequin? 13 seconds is quite a feat to be absolutely still. Great shot to finish off the set.

@Angry Buddha: I used to be a mannequin until this hot girl kissed me in the store and I became human...however after 12 I change back into a plastic doll and have to stay still for 13 seconds so I thought this would be a prime opportunity to take a photo of myself without camera blur. Oh my mate in the picture really is a mannequin. Thanks for your comment mate.
I like a lot the mood of this one!

@eydryan: Hmmm, watching the terminator series a little too much these days I think. Lets just say it's the sunrise or something...Thanks for the comment.
A classic shot, Kelly! The way you set this up is superb. Great symmetry in the foreground mate. I love this shot. I'd be mighty chuffed if this was on my blog. A first-rate post!

@Stu: Thanks buddy, I was going for symmetry with this shot. Sometimes you just have to make a shot happen. I realise that now.
very interesting!

@Bahar: Thanks mate
Well done! Fantastic use of ambient light. I've never thought of you as someone who would sit still for 13 seconds. Nice close to another worthy series.
Cheers.
