I don't know if you need a warmer feel on this picture, since it looks quite good the way it is: the cloudy sky, the leafless trees, the modern buildings; they all are a good fit. Excepting the border: ugly and not necessary. But the rest is nice!

Interesting feeling you've got with this one. I love the composition, though I'm in agreement with marc about the border: I find they usually detract from a good photo.
